A. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order if:
1. The product is damaged or defective
2. The wrong product was delivered
3. The product is unused and in its original packaging
B. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
1. Customized jewellery/Made to order
2. Nose pins (for hygiene reasons)
3. Items marked as final sale
C. Return Process

D. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
E. Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
F. Damaged Items
If your jewellery arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item.
